When special processes like welding and heat treatment are used in product manufacturing, it is difficult to ensure the quality of the finished products only through final inspections. Therefore, JAMCO recognizes the benefits of conducting special process inspections, including X-ray radiographic tests and ultrasonic tests, for ensuring the quality of products manufactured with those processes. JAMCO Group has been accredited by Nadcap, an international accreditation program for special processes in the aerospace industry, for three processes: nondestructive testing (NDT), composites, and Laser machining (NM).
