By making the most of its network of the Group companies, JAMCO is offering customers a comprehensive range of services, from planning various kinds of aircraft interior designs and solutions, to manufacturing products and upgrading aircraft cabins, all the while acquiring required certifications.

Supply chain management extending beyond national borders and product categories

The JAMCO Group Aircraft Interiors Manufacturing Business on a global scale, with production plants operating in the United States, Europe, and Singapore. JAMCO also established a new factory in the Philippines in 2011 to enable its manufacturing network to better respond to shifts in the market, such as fluctuating exchange rates. Leveraging this global network, the Group launched its Aircraft Seats Manufacturing Business, designing the products in Japan and the U.S., producing parts and components in the Philippines, and assembling them at its factories in the U.S. and Miyazaki. Based on this supply chain management, the Group can strategically supply products of exceptional quality at competitive costs. Meanwhile, in its Aircraft Maintenance Business, the Group is planning to aggressively seek orders from international customers going forward. At the same time, in addition to Aircraft Components Manufacturing Business for its main customer, Airbus S.A.S., the Group is aiming to expand this business by boosting its supply of components to The Boeing Company.
